All orders over € 100 are shipped for free.

Our shipping policy depends on the product you order. Picking cards are personalized in the picking garden and sent once a week (on Wednesdays) via PostNL letterbox post. The delivery times here are usually 2-4 working days, but depend on the postal service.

For other shipped orders, we use a delivery time of 4-6 working days. Please note that we need 1-3 business days to process your order, so it sometimes takes a while for you to receive a shipping confirmation. Delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays and busy seasons. Sometimes delays are unavoidable, so please see the times listed as guidelines.

Track order

The picking cards are sent via normal mail, making it impossible to track them. For other shipped orders we will always add a tracking number to the shipping confirmation you receive by email. Please note that it can take 1-2 days for the tracking information to be visible. If you can't find a tracking link or number, send a message to info@lokalebloemetjes.nl and we will inform you as soon as possible.

Cancel order

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all order information is correct. We do our best to ship everything as quickly as possible, so there isn't much time to adjust orders. Your payment information is also not stored with us and we can therefore not make any changes for you.

If there is something wrong with your order, please send an email within 1 hour after purchase to info@lokalebloemetjes.nl with '' CANCEL + order number ”in the subject. This way you have the greatest chance that we can stop this order on time. You can then simply place a new order with the correct information.

Lost orders

Lokale Bloemetjes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order tracking information indicates it has been delivered and you have not received it, file a complaint with the appropriate carrier/delivery service.

VAT

VAT is automatically deducted on all orders placed through us. So you don't have to worry about unexpected costs.
