Refund policy

Our returns policy is valid for 14 days under normal circumstances, which means that you have the right to request a return up to 14 days after receipt of your purchase.

For an event for which you have rented our location or where you have booked with us, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase and up to 7 days before the booked date and receive your money back. If you book less than 7 days in advance, you have 24 hours to cancel.

To qualify for a return of a shipped product, this product must be in the same condition in which you received it. This means that it must be delivered unused and, if applicable, with all labels and in the original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, you can send us an e-mail at orders@lokalebloemetjes.nl . Please indicate here the reason for the return, and provide your proof of purchase and order number. If the return is accepted, you can bring the order to us or send it to:

We are not responsible for any costs for sending a return. Products that we receive for which no return has been requested will not be accepted.

Damage and ordering errors

Please check your order upon receipt of the product and contact us immediately if anything is damaged or wrong with the order. This way we can see how we can solve the problem as soon as possible. We are not responsible for damage to products from third party delivery.

Exceptions
There are a number of items that cannot be returned, such as delivered flowers or plants and personalized products. Vouchers (including picking cards) and sale items are also outside our return policy.

Exchange

Immediate exchange is not possible. The fastest way to receive the product you want is to request a return for the product to be returned and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

Refund

We will notify you as soon as your return has been received and checked, and indicate whether it has been approved. Once approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days via the original payment method. It is not possible to pay this refund via another method.
